Commercial Artwork Licenses
Following payment and verification of the submitted licensing information, Pointe Emma will issue a written License Confirmation and provide the applicable artwork files digitally.
License confirmation and delivery will be completed within five (5) business days after payment and receipt of complete licensing information.
The license becomes effective on the date specified in the License Confirmation.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Physical Products
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Commercial Artwork Licenses
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Commercial Licensing Terms accepted at checkout.
Once the License Confirmation has been issued and the artwork files have been delivered, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
If Pointe Emma is unable to fulfill a purchased license, the applicable license fee will be refunded.
